The words internet speed provided, I was on a 6mbps contract though the fastest speed I ever got was 2mbps.

I cancelled my contract with them by sending a cancelation letter provided by the company in April 2022, contract was stipulated in the letter to end May 2022, I cancelled the debit order for payment and last payment was made for the month of May 2022.

Received a letter of demand on 28/06/2022 for no payment, although contract has been cancelled.

Please consumers, the company's service is amongst the worst I have ever used.
