Herotel truecom or just full of bull

When I heard Herotel is bringing fiber to our town I was exalted, as fiber is great. got a 100mbps line and 3 months into my Herotel let me know that they do not have 100mbps line in Viljoenskroon and dropped me to 75mbps now almost a year later, we are lucky to get 10mbps for the price of a 75mbps line. We have phoned ,emailed and WhatsApp them, and its not just me its our whole town that suffer. We have had business move to other ISP as not to suffer the loss of business.
