Herotel Sucks!

I work from home and my router somehow reset itself after power outage thus changing my username. I could not connect. trying to get hold of herotel is a nightmare itself. I finally was able to book a job card and was told a technician is on standby and will come and help me. I explained that is t was really important that I need to work. This was round 9 in the morning. At 4 o'clock I phoned again and was told sorry office closes at 12 on Saturday. It is a long weekend someone will only help me maybe Tuesday. This after I explained that I need to work and I need to have internet. The service has not even been installed for a week and already it is unreliable and the service is even worse. I hope I can cancel my contract without any further loss of money. Due to loss of work over weekend I am loosing a lot of money already. thanks herotel for nothing!
