Herotel same as the ANC

I do not even know where to being. I have been a client for more then two years and still struggling with my internet. There is no feed back on tickets that has been log nor is my problem resolved. but miss a payment and internet is cut off. Also never get to speak to manager for they are always in meetings. Herotel is like our government full of empty promises. But I am not allowed to rip the system out because then I get sued for vandalizing their property. I am sick of Herotels bad client service I am willing to go to court for vandalizing their property because they are *****ing my money
