Herotel LCOM Queenstown

Worst fibre ever. The best is the customer service at Queenstown is horrible, constantly picking up the phone just to put it down in my ear. Probably tired from hearing complaints all day. It's not on, I had a 6mbps in Cape Town and nothing ever buffered! Sending a voice note on whatsapp takes forever. Not worth it and I definitely do not recommend it.
