Herotel LCom a total waste of time.

Herotel LCom in our area Port St Johns is nothing short of disgusting. We are a small tourism related business that has a monthly service provider contract with LCom. We have had no internet / no emails for 4 days now. Each time we log a technical issue, we receive a helpdesk ticket and that is it. No one addresses the issue at all. 4 days of no internet / email service to any business is shocking. Tomorrow we face day 5.

It is time to find another reliable service provider that cares because Herotel LCom care less. They start off amazing and then slip into nothing.
