Herotel is useless!!!

This has to be the worst service I have ever received in my life!!! These guys won't come back to you if you have a problem. They completely ignore any callback requests. They have a no care attitude across the board. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER Herotel is useless!!!
