Herotel is the worst!

These guys are the worst in getting back to you. I have been struggling with packet loss so cs Herotel took over Truecom. I have complained and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Lately the technical support team do not answer their phone, and requesting a callback is a waste of time. I would not recommend these guys.
