Herotel is slower than you local municipality!

The service here is even worse than that of Telkom! Have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for my installation even tho they say the waiting period is 7 to 10 working days. When driving past their office, you see the technicians sitting outside on their bakkies. I am a first time client and if that is how you treat a first time client they shouldn't even be providing any services! You can expect faster service from the government than from them. Honestly if there was any other fibre provider in town I wouldn't even think twice to move to them even if I had to pay double what they are asking!
