Herotel in a nutshell!!

Herotel in a nutshell! *********** and shocking customer service. Unreliable service. Very expensive. Very poor connectivity. Constant fluctuations in speed. Poor bandwidth. High Ping. If you have a choice, don’t use them!! I have been sitting with a terrible internet connection since mid December!! What are they doing about this? Nothing!! They can’t ascertain where the problem is and can’t be bothered!! Incompetence creeping in. They should close their business!! They in anyway don’t meet up to the standards and requirements of an essential service!!
