Herotel George bad service

I have been with Cloud Connect that changed their name to Herotel for 6 years. For the pas weeks the connection was on then off. After having a fight with the person in George at Herotel he admitted that I pay R500 for 8gb the last 3 months. Today I had it as they keep telling me my line is slow as I pay to little. Then the person changed his mind that I used 52gb and that he made a finger fault. They send the technical team out and as they are my witnesses that the router was not working all of a sudden I have to pay R500 for a router that is faulty and they don't care where my data goes to. I asked for them to cancel and refund me and they said they can't so the rest of the months data I am sure they will use as I paid for it. I did tell Shanddrae that I will review them as this is pathetic.
