Herotel Fibre service in Orkney NW

Never able to get technical support,day or night phone call are not answered,because of their high volume of calls,meaning they have problems continuously. When you do manage to get assistance get ref: no but they still never assist nor phone or come out to assist,been waiting over a week now for response. But they quick to inform you of a raise in their rate. Very disappointing.
