herotel fibre internet

Herotel Internet Service Provider does not answer emails. In response to my enquiry about the pole they erected for Internet Fibre on my neighbour's property, they phoned me instead of answering my email. I was accused of not answering my cellphone and Herotel was extremel rude and constantly interrupted me. Herotel had no intention of listening to my explanation: I was away from home, without Internet and cell phone covering.

My suggestion is IGNORE HEROTEL https://www.herotel.com/hero-fibre/
