Herotel fails their WiFi promises

I have spend more on telephone calls to report a fault with my WiFi than I am paying for the subscription the last 4 weeks. After 3 days still no solution or technician. The absolute worst service ever. The cable outside snapped after bad winds. Herotel fails to give any feedback or return any call
