Herotel

I have contacted them on 4 Feb 23, and they asked for a pindrop of my location, which I did send. On the 15th, I phoned again, and they did not know anything. so I send my location again. On the 21st I phoned again, and the lady did not have any record of my request. So I send it again to her private whatts app number that she gave to me. Today is the 28, just spoke to a sales lady, and she does not have any details of my request. Fantastic customer service!!
