Herotel Cradock, a bunch of *********** ****** *****ing money!!!!!

Worst ISP in the country!!!! I have had numerous emails from these bunch of ****** saying my account will be suspended if I don’t make immediate payment for their monthly services!! Make a double payment and pay for August twice!!!! Never in my life have I experienced such atrocious service!!!! All my payments have been up to date so far. Every 19th of the month, I make sure I pay for the following month. Their account manager must be an *********** ****!!!!! After I phoned them to try and explain that all payments were up to date and to speak to a manager, no one has yet to phone me back regarding this matter. The *********** account lady who I spoke to was rude and abrupt!! She kept on trying to tell me I haven’t paid my account for August after explaining to her I have and that all payments were up to date!!! I explained I make payment every 19th for the following month!!!! She kept on arguing with me to say I haven’t paid for August!!! I asked to put through to the manager!! No one has yet phoned me back and this is two weeks later!!!!!!!! Never use Herotel. This is an absolute shocker with them *****ing money from their loyal customers!!!
