Herotel constant network outage

Herotel started well, we it was first installed two years back we didn't have any problem. Lately its the worst, theres network outage every single day today its worse the network went down at 12 pm and its 16:38 and its still out. Wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with them im trying to get a new wifi company that can assist my household because this is just *******.
