Their customer service department never answers calls, you will wait until you run out of airtime. I paid for the start up pack, very quick to hurry you up into paying, but not so quick when they have to come and install. I have now paid for installation starter pack, but I have to still buy data because they have not come to install. The 7 working days they told me about has run out. Very incomplete. They definitely take the cup when it comes to poor communication channels they have with their clients. I am very unfortunate that they are the only ones in my area that have got coverage. I guess I am stuck with their poor service.
