I have been without wf for 3 days I complained phoned emailed NOTHING eventually a young man by the name of Thomas pitched up the problem was the pole when he left he said that the installers will arr to fix the problem mmmmmmmm well no one pitched I sent a message and told him no one pitched satet morning Thomas arr and fixed it himself. So THANK YOU THOMAS for taking the time to fix it I appreciate it it. Margie
