Been a since 2021. Made my EFT payment every month. Suddenly Tuesday morning 24/6/25 I'm disconnected because I haven't made payments. After investigation I saw they've changed their bank account number and my reference without letting me know it changed. I've send them all my proof of payments AND made another payment for in case. After 1 day I got connected on Thursday just to receive another mail stating I need to make another payment and got disconnected again. Its Friday afternoon, offices are closed and I need to wait till Monday to try calling them AGAIN as they dont answer calls or whatsapp. Worst customer services.
