herotel

I loged a ticket on 19 March 2025 an it is 30 March today my line is very bad not the stable 50mb that they claim it to be,I've been struggeling with herotel from the begining of last jear about my line.They can't get it fixed or do not have the capacity to do so,when I phoned again today I was told that they forgot.I will not recomend herotel to anyone nor am I going to carry on with their bad service
