Herotel

I was one of herotel customers, bad customer received from them. I missed one month's payment and my account was suspended ( meaning the internet was off) and I was asked to pay gor the month my account was suspended. I try disputing the debit order and asked them to cancel my account . They now claim I owe them R2900. Total madnedd
