Fiber-Shedding

For months now the internet is poor, no service and no internet access. Tried calling, no answer if I messaged herotel all agents are busy. And when someone answers to help they do not see any problem with the internet speed. I have send screenshot after screenshot with different devices and no help from them. We pay for a service that we don't receive.
