False advertising

I feel ****med! I paid R840 on the 3rd of February 2025 because they said I was owing two months (R409each) what I didnt understand is that, its a month-month deal, you dont pay, they close your internet, simple. But I paid anyway. Now they are saying I am owing reconnection fees of R374 which was not communicated when I signed up with them, they say on their ads that its month to month, no obligations, what is the meaning of no obligations when you still have to pay reconnection fees. This is a **** and false advertising. Its *******.
