Dont use Herotel bad bad service

I’ve been trying to get fibre internet from Herotel for the past two months in Rayton Estate, Rayton, and it’s been a nightmare. Their customer service is appalling. Calls and emails go unanswered, and when I do manage to speak to someone, I get vague and unhelpful responses. Promises to follow up and resolve the issue are never kept. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor communication and lack of professionalism. I expected much better from a company that claims to provide top-notch service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for reliable internet service.
