DO NOT DEAL WITH HEROTEL

This is by far the most *********** accounts department to deal with ever. This utterly useless organization was provided with authority to debit my account for my monthly subscription. They fail to put through a debit order then lie about the account details not being verified, fail to even contact me about it and then simply go ahead and suspend my account. Gross, gross, gross incompetence. Highly not recommended as a service provider. To add insult to injury, there management just don't give a damn. I guess that should be obvious from all of the complaints on here unanswered.
