Dleayed response

I got a site survey last week from Herotel and there was a shooting in my area and 3 days after the survey i'm been told that due to health and safety reasons they cannot assist me i ceven called their offices but their system sucks big time.The shooting in my area was an isolated case and getting internet connectivity for the kids was a huge priority but HEROTEL couldnt tell me from the get go they couldnt offer me that service ,customer service and sales service is below par you guys nee some training
