Disgusting service from Herotel

Dreadful service from the Herotel mob!!! I been without internet and VOIP phone for 3 days now, going for 4 and no one is doing anything to fix the tower that I am connected to that apparently got hit out by lightning. These people are using poor quality equipment for this to occur with no surge protection!! In any event Herotel is supposed to be a National company and an essential service and should attend to the problem immediately, but instead they choose to be sitting on holiday and putting themselves first before the client!! An absolute disgrace!! This is the worst ISP in the country founded by Alan Knott Craig!! He should be ashamed of himself together with all his crew in the company!! I require my money back for the days I have been offline and I suggest you fix my connection immediately!!
