very bad service.Spend 30+min on the phone and nobody answered.you only hear that they experiencing high call volumes.Just get a ****le from Vodacom and it will cost you cheaper than phoning them every 2day to try and get your problem sorted out.Went to there offices 3 weeks ago to speak to a mng and there was not 1 off them available.worst service ever .Same on you Herotel.
