Can't complain about service, because there isn't any service

If i could rate them in a minus, i would. After numerous attempts to get a representative for application and assistance, i am still waiting. I have had no response from them. The company that i work for is a reputed game farm. They use the same sevice provider. My farm house is in a area where i have absolutely no network signal, needless to say that is a security and safety issue. It is crucial that i have the necessary equipment installed, but herotel is clearly not willing or capable to produce what they advertise 😠🤬
