Bad service herotel fibre

The worst experience I have ever had. No communication from head office or the office in Ladybrand. They made a booking for 8 o'clock in the morning. By 11 no technician arrived yet. When I contacted the office they informed me another 45 min. Bad bad service. It was even a argument to get the installation booked.
