Bad Service from Herotel.

I am currently not having a nice experience with Herotel. I app**** for a month to month R399 package. Installation was done on Saturday 10/09/22. Fiber works fine up until 8pm in the evening and it disconnects

It has been happening for the past 4 days now. Logged a call Monday for a technician to be dispatch for Wednesday. This has been a bad service from Herotel. Not meeting their code and conduct.
