Bad Service

We have two 6mb/s lines. Don't get nearly 6mb/s. They keep telling me they gonna check the line and let me know. Have to keep phoning them back and ask what was wrong. Now they logged a ticket for the technical team to came and have a look. Been waiting for them as well. Stay away get someone else as they seem to don't care at all!!!
