Bad Service.

I have been experiencing internet issues for the past 4 days, loged multiple support tickets on the 12th of December. Nothing happened. Followed up with a ClientCare consultant, he explained that he will re-submit the ticket and schedule a technician, never borthered to actually log the ticket and my initial ticket status (Solved). My internet problems to date. Not solved.
