Bad internet service by Herotel Mbombela

Over the past month I've been having serious issues with my internet service which is provided by Herotel. Over the past month I've phoned Herotel about 19 times to no avail. Today two technicians came to my premises to resolve the issue, but unfortunately it did not make a big difference. In the past I was really happy with the service but I am really unhappy about the company's client service and internet connectivity service.
