Are you information safe?

I have had numerous calls with the finance department on allowing someone else that is not me(in this case my brother in law) to do call out requests and changes on the router without my permission.

The more I ask why aren't there security questions asked and how do I know not anyone can call and access my account, I am told that they don't want to be part of a family problem. The cheeck, I have no problem with my family, I have a problem with not knowing who can access my account and information without Herotel confirming it is me in any way or form.
