HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING SERVICE
Rating it a 1 because I am supposedly to rate it, they don't deserve any star from the quality of their material to their horrible service. I am sooo disappointed and even more concerning with the lies and unprofessionalism that this company withholds There is clearly no work ethic.

Rating it a 1 because I am supposedly to rate it, they don't deserve any star from the quality of their material to their horrible service. I am sooo disappointed and even more concerning with the lies and unprofessionalism that this company withholds There is clearly no work ethic.

Excellent store
Excellent store with the best prices that no one can beat, yes their is ups and downs. But it is a retail business and has issues like any other business in the game. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Excellent store with the best prices that no one can beat, yes their is ups and downs. But it is a retail business and has issues like any other business in the game. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Hds cut and edge poor customer service
I've used them twice this year and been disappointed both times. My last experience just ****ed me off and I haven't even finished collection yet. Placed an order for shutterply, 5boards total to be trimmed and all off cuts to be supp****. The order was supposed to be ready within a week but my car broke down I only ended up going to collect 18 days after placing the order. I phoned to ensure order was ready and pulled for me on arrival. When I got there, they didn't have my invoice printed, didn't kno where the order was when the pulled it, and this is where I really got angry, the lacky that loaded the would said there's your 5 boards. They had loaded the cutting for 2 boards only and he said "that's your five" Clearly you can see the difference between 5 full boards and 2 full boards of 1.2 x 2.4 shutterply even if it's cut. So I went back to the sales lady Fatima and asked where the rest of my order was. Turns out they missed the second page of cutting instruction. How do you load an order of 5 boards when you can clearly see it's only 2 that were cut? I'm seriously disappointed in both the back of house and front of house staffs lack of customer service.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY, DEFECTIVE ORDER, and Refusal to Take Accountability – Avoid HDS Cut and Edge Krugersdorp aka "The FX Group / Kitchen Tek"
My experience with The FX Group / Kitchen Tek (HDS Krugersdorp) has been nothing short of unacceptable. After paying in full for a custom board order in July 2025, the process was riddled with delays, miscommunication, and shockingly poor workmanship. The first order was cut incorrectly, chipped, and missing several items. When a replacement was finally delivered, it arrived with the same — if not worse — issues. Independent professionals confirmed that the majority of the boards were unusable due to incorrect sizes, damaged edges, and poor cutting. Despite this, the company refused to accept responsibility or issue a refund, hiding behind the excuse that the boards were “custom cut.” As a customer, I was met with unprofessional service, poor communication, and a complete disregard for quality control. What should have been a simple order turned into months of frustration and unnecessary expense. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Their workmanship and customer service fall far below acceptable standards, and I would strongly urge anyone considering them to think twice before doing business with The FX Group / Kitchen Tek.
