Hds cut and edge poor customer service

I've used them twice this year and been disappointed both times. My last experience just ****ed me off and I haven't even finished collection yet. Placed an order for shutterply, 5boards total to be trimmed and all off cuts to be supp****. The order was supposed to be ready within a week but my car broke down I only ended up going to collect 18 days after placing the order. I phoned to ensure order was ready and pulled for me on arrival. When I got there, they didn't have my invoice printed, didn't kno where the order was when the pulled it, and this is where I really got angry, the lacky that loaded the would said there's your 5 boards. They had loaded the cutting for 2 boards only and he said "that's your five" Clearly you can see the difference between 5 full boards and 2 full boards of 1.2 x 2.4 shutterply even if it's cut. So I went back to the sales lady Fatima and asked where the rest of my order was. Turns out they missed the second page of cutting instruction. How do you load an order of 5 boards when you can clearly see it's only 2 that were cut? I'm seriously disappointed in both the back of house and front of house staffs lack of customer service.
