Wrong wig delivered and failure to respond to any of the complaints 2 weeks later
I placed an order for a wig. It was delivered more than 7 days later. To make matters worse a wrong wig was delivered. I have used all platforms to report this matter 2 weeks later there has not been a response. I am quite disappointed with the service received. I am not sure if I should consider this to be a ****. Very disappointed @Dj Zihle’s business. You can really provide a better service.

Horrible customer service and delivery turnaround time
Horrible customer service and delivery turnaround time, they promise to deliver within 1-2 days in major cities, no delivery or communication relating to the delivery 3-4 days later. All channels of communication are ineffective, calls ring unanswered, emails are not responded to and WhatsApp channel is practically useless.
