Wrong wig delivered and failure to respond to any of the complaints 2 weeks later

I placed an order for a wig. It was delivered more than 7 days later. To make matters worse a wrong wig was delivered. I have used all platforms to report this matter 2 weeks later there has not been a response. I am quite disappointed with the service received. I am not sure if I should consider this to be a ****.

Very disappointed @Dj Zihle’s business. You can really provide a better service.
