If you looking for medical insurance. Do not use this company as I am sure if they have a negative Net Promoter Score after our experience with them over the last 3 months. we pay GetSavvi Health every month. Have never missed a payment. 3 Months ago my father-in-law go's to a Dr and the policy is cancelled. we call send through proof of payment and the policy gets re-instated. Last Wednesday. Same thing again. Father-in-law gos to the Dr and the policy is cancelled. We have been trying to get someone to assist us from Thursdaya nd nothing. They keep transfering us from one agent to another just to get the call centre moving. On Friday one agaent even sent us back to the main menu. If you read this: In a medical emergency you need your assurance to reduce the stress... GetSavvi does the opposite.

Suspended without reasonable opportunity to resolve payment
I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience with GetSavvi Health. I have only been a member for four months, and unfortunately, this experience has already left me questioning whether I can rely on their service. My premium was not deducted, and I received an email stating that they had tried to call me to make an arrangement. However, the call barely rang for a few seconds. I immediately rep**** to their email and provided specific times the following day when I would be available to discuss and arrange payment of the outstanding amount. Despite this, no one contacted me for three days. It had not even been seven days since the initial email, yet my account was suspended. No meaningful effort was made to contact me, no arrangement was made, and no reasonable grace period was given. I now have an emergency and have been left without access to my health cover when I need it most. This is extremely frustrating and shows, in my opinion, a serious lack of consideration for clients. Based on this experience, I would not recommend GetSavvi Health. I simply do not feel that this is a service provider I can rely on when it matters most.

No assistance with refund
I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a company with such incompetence in assisting me to get my money refunded back to me. I am being sent from pillar to post by the people that work there and absolutely no one is willing to assist.
