Have never missed a payment. 3 Months ago my father-in-law go's to a Dr and the policy is cancelled. we call send through proof of payment and the policy gets re-instated. Last Wednesday. Same thing again. Father-in-law gos to the Dr and the policy is cancelled. We have been trying to get someone to assist us from Thursdaya nd nothing. They keep transfering us from one agent to another just to get the call centre moving. On Friday one agaent even sent us back to the main menu.
