Misleading debt review removal claims
Debt review removal ******** Received a WhatsApp offering to clear my "blacklisted" name. I then called the agent, Melanie she told me that debt review blacklists consumers for 20 years and that I would have to pay her R6,000 to clear my name. When I questioned this and mentioned the clearance certificate issued by a debt counsellor once the relevant requirements are met, she dismissed that explanation as a "****". The reality is that once you meet the legal requirements to complete debt review, your debt counsellor issues your clearance certificate free of charge. The certificate is used to remove the debt review notification from your credit profile. You can then apply for new credit. Consumers should not be frightened into believing that completing debt review leaves them blacklisted for 20 years or that they must pay your company R6,000 to clear their names. I call on Freedom Debt Management to explain these claims, investigate what its agents are telling consumers, and correct any misleading information. Financially vulnerable people deserve accurate advice, not fear and confusion.

Be very careful of Freedom Debt Management
Freedom Debt Management needs to be reported - this company takes money from clients - with no service - if you try and contact them - the contact numbers only rings and no-one answers - on Facebook you can message them, then the response is that they are only the sales team and cannot assist. It seems that this accredited company has a license to take clients money and get away with it. The NCR should take note of this. This company is not as legit as they advise on Social Media and other platforms

Freedom Debt Management needs to be reported - this company takes money from clients - with no service - if you try and contact them - the contact numbers only rings and no-one answers - on Facebook you can message them, then the response is that they are only the sales team and cannot assist. What a dishonest company you are. You stole R36,000 of mine. YOU ARE ****MERS AND *****STERS!!!!! I am busy loosing my house due to you...... https://freedomdebt.co.za/. They block your number and if you do manage to get through, then they do not answer. Their address is 7 Voortrekker Road,Boston, Bellville,7530. However, you arn't allowed into their offices....which is an indication of their work ethics. I really hope they will repay my money and that they are not allowed to have move forward with their business. They are welcome to engage with me but clearly they don't care. What will Hellopeter suggest I move forward?

****mers working in Bellville area. A "company" that only communicate on whatsapp. A Tracey and a Bradley. 7 Voortrekker Street, Bellville. ****med me out of R36,000. Did not pay my creidtors and now I am going to loose my house. Freedom Debt Management. Can something be done about this? Clearly this is *****.

2 payments made. The Bank and lending companies are now demanding their payments. I would like to report this as *****, since they now do not respond via email or answer their phones, and whatsapps are not being read.

Bad service and having taken 2 months of installments
They harassed one to come over to them. They then ask for immediate payment. Then nearly a month goes by, and the next payment was taken, with no distribution of funds. They said they have email the transfer request to my previous Debt Reviewer and I confirmed from them that they have received nothing. Bradley is the consultant that is now evading my calls. They apparently went to a new PDA firm, and after 3 weeks, they can't tell me whom that is. What can be done?????
