Bad service and having taken 2 months of installments

They harassed one to come over to them. They then ask for immediate payment. Then nearly a month goes by, and the next payment was taken, with no distribution of funds. They said they have email the transfer request to my previous Debt Reviewer and I confirmed from them that they have received nothing. Bradley is the consultant that is now evading my calls. They apparently went to a new PDA firm, and after 3 weeks, they can't tell me whom that is. What can be done?????
