Worst internet service provider ever!

Worst internet service ever. On numerous occasions, I've had internet service disruptions. For example, on the 2nd April, I had 2 days without a reliable connection.

The service desk is not helpful at all. Calls are frequently not answered, and the technician who answers cannot provide any type of assistance. I have lost internet connection again about 1.5 hours ago. By some miracle, the helpdesk actually answered but again no assistance or no answers.

When the connection works its great, but there are just too many connection interruptions and the service you receive is just too bad to make it worthwhile. My contract runs out in August and I will revert back to dsl until they sort out the reliability of the connection.
