In total agreement with previous comment. They dont deserve a one star. I changed from one house just to house next door. I had to pay reinstallation, one month notice on one and prorate payment on house next door this after several discussions with them on why the additional cost. End of month they just deducted all at once. No consideration as the house next door was still reachable and i did not cancel my contract but did decide to continue with them just in house next door. The follow up emails was handled by a debtor’s clerk with limited knowledge and understanding about customer services.
