Fredd Fibre poor service

Fredd customer service is pathetic. There is only one number to contact for technical queries and no one answers after hours calls consistently. I am caller number 1 in the queue for 16minutes and no answer from Fredd. Internet off from yesterday 2nd Feb 19. This is the fourth time my line and cannot contact anyone to resolve.

So I did finally get through to Fredd technical. Seems the problem is a backup battery issue at the POP. Turnaround time to replace battery in excess of 16hours or so advised.
