Useless. Husband died of Covid19 and they could not just change account to my name and bank details . Useless stay away. No good. I do not need this *******. Won’t even release line so we can sign with another provider. No manager in charge to help etc etc. Obviously have too many complaints so won’t release number or get someone higher up to deal with it. Can go on & on with their bad service. STAY AWAY
