Appalling service

Be wary when using any provider on TT Connect fibre. I have been asking for assistance from the 31st March 2020 and today once again my request for a senior technician was ignored. The support staff have no concept of proper customer service, do not listen to verbal request and ignore written requests. TTC and FREDD Please call me - you cannot catch Covid-19 on a phone call
