Very impressed with Fliber so far

I have only joined Fliber this month. They have had some issues getting us activated. But I have to say that I am already very impressed with their services and especially their customer service. They worked tirelessly around the clock and hand in hand with Evotel at all hours of the night to try and resolve the very complicated issue. And they were always communicating with me throughout. For the first time, I was dealing with a company that I did not have to call around to keep asking for updates. I would like to give a special thanks to Raynard, Chelsea and the people on the whatsapp chat for your excellent service. You made it less stressful to be withoit internet for those 2 days. It is much appreciated. I must add, changing ISPs is very scary as you don't know if you'll end up with better or worse, but you guys have eliminated that fear for me. Looking forward to a continued great service.

P.S. I just need my speed to get looked at still please.
